March 15, 2020

Governor Stitt declared an emergency caused by the impending threat of COVID-19 to the people of the State of Oklahoma and the public's peace, health and safety.

Chouteau Ordinance 2020-3  (March 2020)

Town of Chouteau and Chouteau Public Works Authority boards voted to approve Ordinance 2020-3 to impose the least restrictive means available to protect public health, safety and welfare in the Town of Chouteau.  

November 10, 2020

US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued updated recommendations regarding face coverings in public settings, particularly when social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
