Local Cemeteries

Chouteau has two local cemeteries that are managed by the Town of Chouteau.  These are Chouteau North Cemetery and Chouteau West Cemetery.

Current rates for cemetery plots and openings/closings are:

• Purchase of regular burial plots = $350.00

• Purchase for baby burial plots = $125.00

• Charge for opening/closing of regular plots = $250.00

• Charge for opening/closing of cremations = $100.00

• Charge for opening/closing of baby plots = $100.00

• Grave opening/closing on Saturday shall be double the regular price

• Graves cannot be opened/closed on Sundays or Holidays.
